Fee Schedule

Individual, Couples, & Family
$130 per Initial 75 minute assessment
$90 per 50 minute individual session

$120 per 60 minute couple/family session

**Sliding scale fees are available based on need for a set number of slots. Please ask therapist/counselor for further information if needed.

**There will be a $75 fee for any appointments not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Groups
$30 per unit (individual, couple) per week

**If we are not listed as a provider for your insurance company, we can provide you with documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cash, Checks ($30 fee if returned), Visa and Mastercard (Credit/Debit), and HSA cards are accepted.

Paperwork

If you have more than 2 pages of paperwork required by a therapist, there will be a charge of $25 for therapist’s time to complete the paperwork.

Phone calls

Therapists will allow for free 10 minute phone calls, but expect $10 for each 10 minutes thereafter (i.e. a 30 minute phone call will accrue a $20 charge for therapist’s time).

Court

Subpoenas and court requests are highly discouraged to protect the confidentiality of the session and the situation, as well as to respect the therapeutic relationship and process. If therapist is subpoenaed or asked to testify for court, there will be a charge of $100 for every hour therapist is at court, with a $300 minimum for availability of schedule.
